Well "all person" doesn't sound nice to me as well, though it's better than peoples (it's uncountable).
Anyways, I would say just "hi people" or "hi all", because I feel something wrong about "hi all people" - sounds weird.

I got a question for all of you - do you preffer snowboard or ski, and why?

I prefer snowblades I tried both but I have chosen something between those (snowblades). They included speed of ski and freedom of snowboard. You can do long carving curves or tricks like clocks, jumps or just ski in deep snow. It's up to you

I like both, i cant ride on snowboard so well, but its fun and ski is clasic so...
