Actually we are not responsible for the delivery process and the post office can only check the information for your package within 6 months.
Since your contact us over the period,then the post office fail to check the information for you.Hope you can understand.
Then how about saving half of the payment as store credit for you?

Ok, I understand. So if you just have the luck that the customer forgot about the order you can steal the money and say you couldnt check the information. And, of course, you cannot handle my problem any more. Please make sure I will post my story and bad experience with this shop to every single czech forum that im registered on. Hope you can understand

We have contacted our manager and she said that the shippment of your order was over 6 months so that we could not check the information from the post office any more.Therefore,we cannot handle your problem any more.Hope you can understand.

Since the shippment of your order is more than 6 months,we cannot check the delivery information for your package and ask for reimbursement of your not received package any more.Therefore,we may not handle your problem any more.Hope you can understand.

I haven't recieved this order yet. It it almost 9 moths from payment and e-mail "Your order was shipped"!! Where is it? I want it or give me my money!
